We are destroying arguments and all arrogance raised against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,

Beware of your thoughts. They come from either yourself, your adversary or Me. Therefore, take every thought captive in obedience to Me. Do not let negative thoughts get a foothold in your mind where they can become negative pictures and influence you. Rather, picture thoughts from Me. Ken, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things. (Phil 4:8) These are the things that I want to occupy your mind. Take captive and remove any negative thoughts to the contrary. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. (Rom 12:2)

Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life. Rid yourself of a deceitful mouth and keep devious speech far from you. (Prov 4:23-24) The good person out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil person out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart. (Lk 6:45) Your words reveal what is in your mind which ultimately reveals what is in your heart.

Tune your heart/spirit to My flowing thoughts which will purify your thoughts and ultimately your words and actions. Say what you hear Me say. Take every thought captive that is not from Me. The moment a negative thought that is not from Me enters your mind, take it captive, renounce it and totally remove it. Set your minds on the things that are above, not on the things that are on earth. (Col 3:20) I will help you.

Journaling Application - My Emmaus Road Experience (Lk. 24:13-35)

  • Lord, what would You speak to me concerning these verses?

Hearing God's voice is as simple as: 1) quieting down (Ps. 62:1-5), 2) beholding Jesus at my right hand (Ps. 16:8; Acts 2:25), 3) asking for His revelation and tuning to spontaneous thoughts and spontaneous pictures (Jn. 7:37-39; Jer. 2:13;10 pictures), and 4) recording what flows (Hab. 2:1,2; Rev. 1:9-11). I then test it, ensuring it lines up with Scripture (Ps. 1:2; Jn. 10:35; 1 Thess. 5:2) and is affirmed in the hearts of my three spiritual advisors (2 Cor. 13:1; Prov. 11:14).See this link.
